Brie Ochoa: I am a certified Personal Trainer through AFAA since 1996. Recently I started training again and the rush I feel helping people achieve their goals is as good if not better than the feel of cold hard steel in your hands when you pump that iron. I currently teach a few group exercise classes; Bodyworks, cycling, and aqua. Healthy living is my passion and I want to share what I know with you!
